    We dedicate our time and effort to build a society where special persons are accepted, loved, and given the chance to be responsible and accountable for their actions.

     We give ourselves to total preparation of special learners to integrate to their community and culture.

Our Philosophy

    We believe that every person has the right to education. Education is the most dynamic process that leads to real empowerment. Psychological empowerment uplifts the self-esteem of the special person. Social empowerment connects the special person to social groups and their services. Political empowerment gives the special person a chance to participate on decisions that will affect his life in the community.
