     A professionally managed, dynamic center, offering excellent service using scientific models and techniques in instruction and rehabilitation, networking with national and international non-government organizations to fully empower disadvantaged individuals with disabilities.

Our Philosophy

    We believe that every person has the right to education. Education is the most dynamic process that leads to real empowerment. Psychological empowerment uplifts the self-esteem of the special person. Social empowerment connects the special person to social groups and their services. Political empowerment gives the special person a chance to participate on decisions that will affect his life in the community.
